Exciting young centre David Howell said KompressorZ have become an important part of his football kit, and help immensely with the fluctuating weather in the nation’s capital.

Rising front row forward star Josh Miller swears by his KompressorZ and said he has noticed improvements in his fitness since using them.

Canberra Raiders strength and conditioning Coach Carl Jennings, believes BSC has been a fantastic assistance to the players within the Raiders club, and said the results are speaking for themselves.

“BSC play a massive part in our preparation and performance,” Jennings said. “I have a very simple philosophy which is correct training, correct recovery and correct nutrition.

“Obviously BSC being a supplement company, that aspect has been a tremendous benefit to us, I rate them highly as I believe BSC are a very ethical company, they really believe in performance, they really believe in making healthy ethical products.”

Jennings said BSC’s ranges of compression garments are instrumental to the recovery period for players, and the club uses them in almost all aspects of their physical activities.

“They have also produced the KompressorZ garments which are used for that recovery aspect, which also links in with nutrition,” he said. “We utilise compression garments for a number of reasons, one of the main reason is recovery after exercise and performance.

“There’s a lot of science that backs the use of these garments, in relation to increased blood flow which relates to increased recovery.”

Jennings said the wide use of the garments has been well received by the Raiders playing staff, and the positive comments coming from the players make the garments speak for themselves.

“We use the products in training and prior to competition, especially if we are flying, and because we fly to most of our away games, they play an important part with circulation, dehydration and re-hydration,” he said. “The players also use them post games, and they put them on straight away and fly back in them.

“The main proof in their worth is the feedback we get back from the players which is tremendous, we’ve had players that obviously felt in the past being very stiff the day after a game, but since they’ve being using the KompressorZ, they have felt so much better.”

“They enjoy training in them because they feel tighter and the muscles are warm all the time, as they help reduces the chance of injury through muscle vibration.”

“There are other compression garments out there but we choose to use the BSC KompressorZ because we believe they are the best product on the market at this moment in time,” Jennings said.
