Any muscular strain or pull can be the bane of all athletes. If you're a weekend warrior or competing in any explosive sport

A strain will have you sidelined or underachieving. The thought of the dreaded Hamstring Strain sends fear to most as the

R.I.C.E. stands for Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. ICE should be applied for a period of 15 - 20 minutes before and
