Kompressorz engineered Multi Directrional System (MDS) provides a smoother application of pressure to a muscle group by re-engineering the manufacture of compression garments. It is a well known fact that medical compression leads to reduced muscle vibration, a main cause of fatigue. This has the effect of increased power and endurance. Targeted compression (Kompressorz patent pending) also has the effect of keeping the muscles in place, improving the accuracy and efficiency of movement, therefore increasing power and endurance.

The theory behind Kompressorz compression clothing is the use of individual panels to reduce the push-pull effect of sausage skin type compression garments, which move as a whole rather than responding to a specific muscle group.

The Kompressorz panels are assembled in a way to provide targeted compression to the relevant muscle groups. Each targeted compression panel is designed to specific muscle groups allowing each muscle group to be independently supported by compression. The effect of this technological advance is enhanced comfort and user satisfaction in relation to the movement of the muscles eg when running.

For use in injury prevention the alignment of the muscles, the translational movements of the muscles are reduced, while the linear movements are promoted, thereby improving muscle efficacy. This leads to increased efficiency in movement and reduces the likelihood of injury due to muscle misalignment.
